A. GiftBux are virtual currency that can only be used to purchase gift cards from our store. We offer many different gift cards from various retailers and restaurants. GiftBux do not expire and can not be cached out like ScratchBux.

Q. Is it really free to play?
A. Yes absolutely. We will never ask you for one dime to play our game. We only ask that if you see something you like buy it. cause we take our profit and pay it back out.

Q. When I win, how do I get my winnings?
A. We pay out all money prizes by check every Tuesday. If you win Scratch Bux, they will be stored in your Profile in your bank. You can use them, at anytime, but they do expire after 30 days.

Q. How many game plays per day do I get?
A. You can play up to 10 games per day.

Q. How do I opt out of the email list?
A. That’s easy, just unsubscribe from the bottom of the email. Takes two seconds.

Q. Am I required to send a picture in if I win big money?
A. No, but please do. We love to show-off our winners.

Q. How do we know that you are paying out what you say you are?
A. The integrity of the game is first in our minds, we pay because we want to. If we stopped paying then people would not play. Simple as that. We want to pay out as much as possible. Our sweepstakes awards are also audited monthly by a third party.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. You do not really have an account with us, we clear out all non users every 120 days, so if you cancel the email and do not log in you will automatically be taken off in about 120 days.
